Regular well child visits are the foundation of your child's healthcare journey. These preventive appointments allow us to monitor your child's growth and development, provide age-appropriate screenings, and ensure they're meeting important milestones.
What We Cover During Well Visits
Every well visit follows a comprehensive approach to keep your child healthy and on track.
Growth & Development
We'll track your child's physical growth with height, weight, and head circumference measurements, plotting their progress on growth charts. We also assess developmental milestones to ensure your child is progressing appropriately for their age.
Comprehensive Physical Examination
Our pediatric providers perform thorough head-to-toe examinations, checking everything from vision and hearing to heart, lungs, and overall physical health.
Immunizations
We'll review your child's vaccination schedule and provide any needed immunizations to keep them protected against serious diseases.
Health Education & Guidance
Each visit includes age-appropriate discussions about nutrition, safety, sleep habits, behavioral expectations, and any concerns you may have about your child's development.
When to Schedule
Well child visits are recommended at specific intervals from birth through adolescence. Our team will help you stay on track and remind you when it's time for the next appointment.
