Screenings:
- You will be asked to complete a postpartum mood questionnaire before the visit
What Happens at the Visit:
After the initial measurements from the medical assistant, your provider will join you in the room. During this time, we will:
- Discuss your baby’s feeding, behavior, and development
- Perform a full exam
- Answer all of your questions

Immediately after the vaccines, your child will cry and then may be a bit sleepy. 12-24 hours later, they may develop fussiness and a low-grade fever, which can last up to 48 hours. Your provider will talk through what to do if this happens.
