These weekly events are for BOTH families seeking a pediatrician for their newborn AND those families with children looking for a new pediatrics practice. Please sign up for a session HERE. Insurance: Please get in touch with your insurance company to confirm that we accept your specific plan. Feel free to click here for more information on our accepted insurance plans.

Vaccines: Our vaccine policy adheres to the schedule outlined by the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics. We do not make exceptions for personal, religious, or philosophical objections—our commitment to vaccination mirrors our physicians vaccinating their children on schedule.

Antibiotics: We are dedicated to responsible antibiotic use. Our approach involves educating families on appropriate antibiotic use and following evidence-based guidelines in prescribing medication. We do not automatically treat conditions with antibiotics and believe in explaining our decisions when antibiotics are necessary.

Technology: Efficiency is critical at our office, facilitated by technology. Connect with us through our patient portal and benefit from automated text, email, or phone reminders. You can also follow us on social media to stay up to date on office events, breaking news and tips for caring for your child.

Office Hours: Our small practice aims to provide extensive hours while maintaining a balanced home life for our physicians. Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00 am to 5 pm on Friday. We offer sick appointments on Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm.

After Hours: A physician is on call 24/7/365, providing direct access without nurse triage or answering systems. Please try to limit calls to actual urgent or emergent questions.

Billing and Fees: Our practice meets accepted medical standards and the Academy of Pediatric recommendations. Familiarize yourself with your insurance coverage, including deductibles and co-insurance. Read our Financial Policy for billing and payment details.

Timeliness: We value everyone’s time and try to run on schedule. Arrive at your appointment time, and notify us if you”ll be more than 10 minutes late. If you’re more than 10 minutes late you may be able to seen later in the day after other appointments or rescheduled.
